Hi, I’m Julian.

For over 20 years, I have navigated the complex worlds of Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). I’ve architected massive systems and solved critical infrastructure problems for some of the world’s largest tech companies.

But technology means nothing if it doesn’t work for people.

The Human Side of Tech

Throughout my career, my roles have always been customer facing. I learned early on that the real skill isn’t just fixing the error code, it’s communicating clearly, with empathy, to the person sitting behind the screen.

I realised there was a gap in the local market. Small businesses and individuals often get treated like “tickets” in a queue. They get technical jargon instead of answers.

I built Mind Your Tech to change that. I bring enterprise-grade discipline to the Central Coast, but I deliver it with the patience and friendly approach of a local neighbour.

• The Business: I understand how to scale. If you are a local business in need of any kind of support with technology (networks, backup, cyber security, general tech support), I can apply the strategies I learned in 2 decades of Corporate Tech to help you build a robust, secure IT foundation.

My Commitment

I am proudly based on the Central Coast. I offer mobile service (I come to you) for locals, and remote support by appointment for clients that are just out of reach.
